Shrimp

• 2 pounds jumbo shrimp, peeled
• 1 cup white wine
• 1 stick butter, divided
• Juice from 1 lemon
• 4-6 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• Angel hair pasta for serving

Topping

• 1 1/2 cups Panko bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup Italian cheese
• 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
• 4 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Pour wine and 4 tablespoons melted butter into large Stone Bar Pan, or 9x13 baking dish. Place in oven for 10 minutes to let sauce reduce. Add remaining butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper to a bowl with shrimp and toss to coat. Layer in baking dish evenly. Mix ingredients for topping and sprinkle over shrimp. Bake until shrimp are pink and opaque about 12-14 minutes. Broil 2 minutes. Serve over angel hair pasta.

*Make the splurge to buy fresh shrimp for this. This is a semi-fancy dinner for a weeknight, but not officially fancy since it is so easy! Adapted from 12 Tomatoes.
